To get a better feel of your luggage, we suggest you to pack a similar weight to what you will be traveling with and testing it in an indoor environment such as home, shopping mall, etc. If you don’t like it, you are welcome to send the product back to us within 100 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

We know that you are very excited to start the 100 Day Free Trial NOW, and we are happy for you as well. Before you start the program, there are some scenarios you should keep in mind that are not eligible for return, if:

• You don’t return the product to us in the original condition and in the original packaging.
• Your item has been customized.
• Your order consists of 20 or more individual items; or you purchase more than 50 items within a 6-month period (applies to both individual and corporate customers).
• You have already returned the product once previously.

We will contact you with the shipment information or you can bring it to our stores. Your only responsibility will be the shipment fee. Once our Team finish reviewing the product, you can get your money back.

Note: If this is really the case that you do meet the any of the scenarios above, we will need you to pay for the shipment to get your product back (we will send you by email). We will arrange the shipment once we receive the payment. However, if our Team do not hear from you for more than three months, we may donate it to charity.
